- Weekends–n–Paradise includes use of the site Friday 12 p.m. thru Sunday 8 p.m. and on-site storage.
- Recreational vehicles must be self-contained, be in good working order and appearance, and may not be more than 15 years old—unless pre-approved by management. (Restrooms or shower facilities are not available.)
- Metered electric is charged with all Weekends-n-Paradise rates.
- Rates based on six (6) people. A maximum of two paid guests will be allowed at any one time.
- An interview will be required for each potential Weekends-n-Paradise guest, prior to acceptance.
- Reservations require a $250 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
- Rates do not include 12.5% sales tax.
- Payment schedule for Weekends-n-Paradise varies according to arrival date.
- No refunds will be given after payment(s) are made—for cancellations, to guests that leave earlier than their agreed upon departure date, and/or for hurricanes or other acts of nature.
- Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice. Additional policies will be provided at interview.

When planning your next rally or group vacation, please consider a stay in our tropical resort. We are now offering group and rally rates (for up to 34 units) that are sure to fit your organizations travel plans. Our clubhouse and waterfront activities area are available for meetings and social events. Assistance with local information, activity planning, and reservations are available through the resort office.
- Minimum of 10 units to qualify for group and rally rates.
- Rates do not include 12.5% tax.
- Payment due in full at time of reservation.
- $50 administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations.
- No refunds will be given within 30 days of arrival date or for early departure.
- Holidays excluded. 3 day minimum stay. Subject to availabilty.
